Work youll do
- Oversee organize review and evaluate the conduct of the engagement in consultation with the engagement partner.
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to Internship Associates.
- Draft reports tax returns management letters and other communications with the client.
- MeettheprofessionsandtheFirmstechnicalstandardsasestablishedincurrentprofessionalpronouncementsandFirmpolicies.
- Provideclientswithqualityservicepreserveengagementandclientconfidentialityandenhanceprofessionalrelationshipswithclientpersonnel.
- Sharewithconcernedteammembersinsightintothetheoryandprinciplesofaccountingandtheobjectivesstandardsandproceduresofauditing.
- Reviewworkoutputproducedbystaffandensurethatauditproceduresareperformedinaccordancewithstandards.
- Identifyspecificissuesrelativetoanengagementanddetermineappropriatestrategiesinconsultationwiththeengagementpartner.
- ComplywiththeFirmsadministrativepoliciespracticesandguidelines.

Requirements
Educational Background:
- Graduate of Bachelor Science in Accountancy.
Work Experience:
- Senior Manager: At least 9-10 years of working experience in external audit.
- Manager: At least 7-8 years of working experience in external audit.
- Assistant Manager: At least 4-5 years of working experience in external audit.
- Senior Associate: At least 2-3 years of working experience in external audit.
Certifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
OtherQualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with multiple engagement teams.
- Analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle stress and accomplish goals with minimal supervision.
