Job Title: HR Organizational Change Consultant
Location: Truro Cornwall (On-site at least 3 days per week)
Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: 64455 per annum
Job Purpose:
The HR Organizational Change Consultant will support the management and delivery of the Clients organizational change programme.
The role focuses on aligning organizational design with cultural transformation HR policies and staff engagement initiatives while ensuring minimal disruption to patient care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale organizational change projects in collaboration with senior leadership and HR teams.
- Develop and implement change management strategies that align with the Clients strategic objectives.
- Engage with Trade Unions and key stakeholders ensuring effective consultation and communication throughout all stages of change.
- Apply structured project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2) to plan track and deliver change initiatives successfully.
- Provide expert HR advice in line with clients policies procedures and the Agenda for Change framework.
- Support the integration of cultural and behavioural change to promote staff engagement and high-performance culture.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and communications to senior leaders and large staff groups managing sensitive and complex information with professionalism.
- Monitor change impact and outcomes ensuring effective risk management and minimal disruption to services.
- Collaborate with workforce planning and organizational development teams to embed long-term change and sustainability.
