About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fieldwork Specialist to join our team in Poland. This role plays a critical part in supporting fieldwork operations ensuring the smooth execution of research activities and data collection processes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality fieldwork support across various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support fieldwork activities across assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
- Liaise with vendors clients and internal teams to manage timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor fieldwork progress and resolve any operational issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to fieldwork execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the fieldwork function.
Qualifications
- A university degree in Marketing Business Administration Sociology Psychology Statistics Management or equivalent.
- Preferable 1-2 years of experience in market research fieldwork coordination or project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data collection tools (e.g. CAPI CAWI)
- Fluent in Polish and good command of English (B2 level).
