- Degree in Environmental Science Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or a related field
- Experience or understanding of health and safety training processes and systems
- Knowledge of risk assessment and workplace safety regulations
- Familiarity with environmental protection standards and reporting
- Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver effective training
- Fluent in Polish (spoken and written)
- Attention to detail for workstation and instruction validation
- Analytical mindset for reporting health safety and environmental indicators
- Ability to manage and supervise EHS documentation systems
- Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic production environment
- Readiness for taking fixed-term contract for 2 years
