For the latest news visit Manager of Finance will oversee financial planning analysis and reporting for the Account Sales Team within T-Mobile. This role will ensure alignment with organizational goals drive financial performance and provide strategic insights to support business growth.
Role and Responsibilities
Role Objectives
- Develop and manage quarterly financial budgets and forecasts for the Account Sales Team during the monthly targeting process.
- Track promotions and claims for variances vs forecast on a weekly basis and ensure future forecast accuracy and achievement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Manage timely validation and settlement of promotional claims and work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in performance vs claims.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and opportunities for cost savings and opportunities for revenue growth.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- 6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. SAP Excel).
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience in the telecommunications or retail industry.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
