**Position Summary**
We are seeking a Product Development Engineer II - who thrives in a collaborative fast-paced this role you will design develop and support the manufacturing of new products from concept through production launch. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet performance quality and safety standards while staying on schedule and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop products subassemblies and components using SolidWorks 3D CAD software.
Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to ensure efficiency scalability and quality.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously balancing scope timelines and deliverables.
Create and maintain detailed engineering documentation including drawings BOMs ECRs and assembly instructions.
Prepare part and assembly drawings using GD&T standards.
Develop fixtures tools and process improvements to support in-house manufacturing.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Customer Service Production and Quality to achieve project goals.
Participate in design reviews technical meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5 years of mechanical design engineering experience.
Proficiency in SolidWorks (CAD PDM and Simulation/FEA).
Experience with design documentation quality standards GD&T and ERP systems.
Hands-on experience assembling and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay Range
A reasonable estimate of the salary pay range for this role is $90000 - $110000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location.
