Position at Dermatology for Animals

Dermatology for Animals is a nationwide company with 21 locations. Our Veterinary Receptionists are valued team members working alongside Dermatology Specialty Veterinarians to improve the quality of our patients lives treating allergies and skin diseases.

Welcoming applicants who take pride in excellent customer service offering compassion and courtesy to all our patients and clients. The Veterinary Receptionist role is essential in caring for our patients and clients.

Qualifications and skills:

At least 1 year experience as a Veterinary CSR

Good CSR skills: customer service veterinary front desk

Excellent communication skills

Team player/plays well with other team members

Positive attitude

Enhancing reputation of the practice through client interactions and client education

Accepting ownership for success /self-motivated

Excellent Organizational skills

Basic computer knowledge
