About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic highly organized and confident Executive Assistant to support the Managing Directors Office at FashionTV India.
This is an on-site entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to grow within the luxury media and fashion domain while gaining hands-on exposure to executive operations brand projects and site coordination.
The candidate must be fluent in English possess excellent verbal communication skills and be proactive in managing both office and on-field responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Directors daily calendar appointments and meetings.
Coordinate internal and external communications ensuring timely execution of tasks.
Handle emails documentation and meeting materials with precision and discretion.
Assist in preparing presentations reports and minutes of meetings.
Oversee travel coordination event schedules and logistics management.
Support MD in site visits vendor coordination and brand meetings.
Ensure smooth execution of activities inside and outside office premises.
Be available for inter-city and PAN India travel as per project and business requirements.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Qualities
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Driving license and own two-wheeler must be comfortable with daily commuting.
Residing within 30 minutes of Santacruz (West) office location.
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for client and executive interactions.
Comfortable working inside office and on-site at different project locations.
Willingness to travel PAN India for meetings events or business visits.

Qualifications
Education: Not required.
Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in admin coordination or media roles.
Location: Mumbai-based candidates only.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Flexibility required for events shoots or travel).
