The Commercial Systems and Enablement Manager will lead manage and continuously improve the organisations commercial systems covering customer acquisition sales ordering and customer self-service platforms. Ensure that commercial systems are integrated optimised secured and effectively adopted by the business team to support seamless customer journeys and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a commercial systems enablement strategy aligned with business and IT objectives
- Serve as the bridge between IT Sales Marketing and Operations to ensure that systems support end-to-end commercial processes
- Manage and maintain the ecosystem of commercial systems including CRM sales enablement tools ordering platforms and customer self-service portals
- Drive the effective adoption and utilisation of systems by business users through enablement initiatives training and communication
- Manage vendor relationships related to commercial systems including support agreements and enhancement roadmaps.
- Lead coach and develop a small technical and functional enablement team.
Job Experience and Skills Required:- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
- 7 years experience in managing commercial systems (CRM ordering or customer self-service) in a telecom or technology environment
- Proven experience in system integration process enablement and cross-functional collaboration
