Job Summary
Were on the hunt for a Dialler Manager. Are you passionate about managing and optimizing dialler systems within a high-volume outbound call centre environment Do you thrive in the telemarketing industry If so were eager to learn more about you!
As Dialler Manager you will oversee the management and optimization of the dialler system to ensure efficient and effective campaign performance. The primary goal of the Dialler Manager is to maximize agent productivity and campaign performance through effective management of the dialler system.
If you have the following:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology Business Administration or a related discipline.
Proficiency in dialler systems such as Aspect Five9 or similar platforms.
Understanding of outbound call center operations including dialing regulations and compliance requirements.
