Your Opportunity

  • Expertly monitor sales performance and follow up with sales team for the leads and demands that generate from clinical departments

  • Ability to manage and inspire high-performing teams providing effective coaching and support to help team members achieve their individual and collective goals

  • Develop lead and implement complex marketing plans for the assigned product group driving all activities related to the Disease Area with advanced expertise and strategic insight.

  • Strategic drive Roches products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use which includes but not limited to non-promotional and promotional activities and interactions in order to convey key clinical data and product information to HCPs such as face to face discussion with individual/group of HCPs educational events and advisory boards sharing products merits with HCPs in a truthful factual up-to-date fair and balanced manner by relevant evidence and data.

  • Advanced HCP Awareness and Education Strategy. Develop and execute advanced strategies to significantly enhance HCP understanding and awareness of targeted product groups utilizing innovative approaches.

  • Strategic Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Development and develop and strategically manage relationships with KOLs to optimize the delivery of key messages and maximize impact.

  • Provide expert-level product detailing to ensure HCPs deeply understand the role of Diagnostics and the intended uses of assays employing advanced educational techniques.

  • Plan and lead high-level group presentations for clinicians and hospital seminars for assigned panels demonstrating advanced presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Strategic Stakeholder Relationship and maintain highly strategic relationships with KOLs KDMs and clinicians serving as a trusted advisor and expert resource.

  • Proactively address complex challenges handle objections and interpret results for highly complex cases related to Roches products providing expert guidance and solutions.

  • Coordination with Product Managers to roll out marketing plans including strategic planning and execution of regional/national congresses.

  • Lead the strategic planning and implementation of marketing campaigns for clinicians.

  • Ensure exceptional experiences for all stakeholders interacting with Roche driving strategic initiatives to enhance engagement.

  • Advanced Customer Data and Market Insights Analysis. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data information and market surveys to generate highly targeted and effective sales leads.

  • Strategic Competitive Intelligence Gathering and Reporting. Conduct strategic gathering and analysis of competitive intelligence and information providing expert reports and insights to management.

Who you are

  • Bachelors in medical Pharmacy Biotech Life Science or relevant industry.

  • Multi-national companies in a similar industry with sales experience at least 5 years is preferred
