Your role with us:
As a key driver of our brands presence across digital and social channels youll create visually striking on-brand assets that spark engagement and elevate our campaigns. Youll thrive in a fast-paced creative environment bringing bold ideas a passion for design and motion and the curiosity to push boundaries. Youll work at the heart of our creative engine collaborating closely with Marketing teams to bring campaigns to life maintain design consistency and deliver work that connects with diverse audiences. This role is more than just design - its about shaping experiences experimenting with new formats and combining creativity with strategy to leave a lasting mark on our brand.

The gaming and entertainment world never sleeps! With our global reach we provide seven-day coverage across multiple time zones. This role operates on a five-day rotating roster which includes some weekends and public holidays. Weekend and public holiday shifts can be worked from home while weekday shifts are in the office.

In recognition of this flexible schedule youll receive five weeks of annual leave per year.

We value work-life balance so your roster is provided four weeks in advance giving you plenty of time to plan life outside work.

What you will do:

• Produce high-quality platform-optimised graphics motion graphics and animations for social channels including X Instagram Facebook and more.
• Design attention-grabbing visuals that drive engagement and align with each channels best practices and resonate with diverse audiences.
• Ensure all creative deliverables follow brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across digital and social platforms.
• Work closely with Marketing and Creative team members to deliver integrated campaigns to ensure consistency in messaging and design.
• Bring fresh creative ideas for campaigns and unique social content that stand out and set our brand apart.
• Balance multiple design requests simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
• Keep up to date with design trends emerging platforms and evolving best practices in social media.
• Experiment with different creative formats and styles analysing performance to identify what resonates most with our audiences.

What you will bring:

• 5 years of experience as a digital graphic or social media designer (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showcasing an array of graphics motion graphics and animations used for social media.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma Photoshop Illustrator; bonus: After Effects Premiere Pro).
• Understanding of digital and social platform specifications (image/video sizes aspect ratios accessibility best practices).
• Strong eye for typography layout motion and colour.
• Ability to manage competing priorities work under tight timelines and adapt to feedback.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Skilled in editing motion and animation content to create polished visual experiences.
• Experience with sound design to elevate videos.
• Proficient in using AI tools to create photorealistic assets and enhance the design workflow.
