Designation - Customer Support Associate (Blended process) - US Voice/Blended Process
Shift - Rotational Night Shift & 5 Days Working with 2 week offs
Language - Spoken English Fluency is Mandatory
Qualification - 12th Pass and Graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience - Freshers & Experienced Candidates can also apply
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Any International Voice Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Should possess neutral accent and good adoption to US culture.
- Ability to resolve provider queries in the first point of contact.
- Focus on delivering a positive customer experience
- Should be professional courteous friendly and empathetic
- Should possess active listening skills
- Good data entry & typing skills
Rounds of Interview:
1. HR
2. Versant Test
3 Final operation
Salary - CTC INR 280000 for Freshers-20k
CTC INR upto 340000 for Experience
Additional Benefits - 3500 Transport Allowance PF ESIC and periodical salary hike.
