Your place in our story

The Waste Management Worker is responsible for contributing to best-in-class customer experience by performing general clean-up of all areas of the property as assigned by the Property Manager.

Heres how youll contribute

Performs general clean up off all exterior and interior waste disposal locations
Transports furniture and other discarded large items to central disposal area using company provided vehicle
Empties garbage bins from interiorof apartment buildings into exterior dumpsters
Maintains all pet waste stations throughout the property
Assist maintenance staff with transporting and delivering appliances
Maintain and exceed our product standards by reporting anycommon area deficiencies
Liaise with Administrators Property Managers and Contractors to ensure proper waste disposal procedures are being followed
Delivery of correspondence to residents
Available to residents for general inquiries about living in their suite building and community;
Other duties as required

Education:High school diploma is required.

Experience: A minimum of oneyearof relevant work experience

Specialized Skills Knowledge and Abilities:

Valid drivers license and cleardrivers abstract
Ability to operate smart phones
Has knowledge of safety standards
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook
Communication and interpersonal skills (listening verbal and written)
Problem solving skills
Shows Initiative and demonstrates sense of ownership
