Role Summary
Youll provide administrative and first-line advisory support across the full employee lifecycle playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes including performance management learning and development and offboarding. Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers youll maintain accurate records support HR initiatives and help foster a positive inclusive and efficient workplace culture.
You should be CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards it) with previous HR administration experience ideally in a creative or fastpaced environment. Highly organised and attentive to detail youll bring strong communication skills discretion and professionalism.
Youll be confident using Excel Microsoft Office and tools such as Canva or Adobe with a solid understanding of HR systems and analytics.
Terms and Conditions
Period of Work: This is a permenant contract subject to successful completion of a probationary period of 3months.
Pay: 28697.32 per annum.
Hours:39 hours per week (full time).Some evening and weekend work may be required. With the availability to support on occasional dont encourage or expect overtime however in the event that over time is worked this may be taken as time off in lieu to be agreed in advance with your line manager.
Notice Period:4 weeks
Location of Work:Your main place of work will be The Rep in Birmingham.
