Human Resources Generalist
Ridgeland Mississippi
Mid South Rehab Services Inc. Ridgeland Mississippi is looking for an experienced enthusiastic detail oriented team player to join our Human Resources you have experience onboarding offboarding and conducting new hire orientations LETs TALK!
PAYCOM experience preferred or experience with a similar HRIS.
Principal Job Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to the field via phone email chat and text.
- HR dataentry for onboarding maintenance and offboarding.
- Processes personnel actions and input all EmployeePartner statuschanges in a timely mannerand within the proper payroll cycle.
- Collects maintains and enters human resources related employee information in the Human Resource Information System database and distributes needed information or request(s) for information to employees managers departments and other customers as needed.
- Coordinates and conducts Newly Hired Employee Partner Orientations.
- Maintains compliance with Federal and State employment laws.
- Follows company expectations in regard to HIPAA/Corporate Compliance policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelorsdegree or equivalent experienceand education are required.
- Minimum one (1) yearof Human Resources experience is required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in daily operations and to conduct daily duties in a professional appearance andmanner.
- Must possess strong organizational and time managementskills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills arerequired.
- Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with day-to-dayoperations within a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
