Job Summary

Joining JSA with the worlds largest autograph exemplar library this is your chance to work with some of the most exciting collectibles in the world. Whether its a Hall of Famers baseball a Hollywood legends movie poster or a rare historical document every autograph has a story to this role youll work hands-on with some of the most exciting collectibles in the world using our expertise to protect their value and preserve their legacy for fans and collectors alike.
TheProcessing Specialistat JSAsupports the authentication process for autographed items submitted by customers. Responsibilities include assisting with item submission at both in-person events and in-office settings managing submission forms and ensuring the proper handling and return of items via mail or direct pickup.
In this job you will:
- Process submissions for authentication primarily in office and occasionally at events as required
- Support customers with form completion and submission tracking
- Maintain and organize customer records
- Ensure secure handling of customers property
- Assist authenticators within the office and event setups
- Responsible for processing orders into the POS systems
What will help you succeed in this role:
- A passion or sincere interest in the world of sports and memorabilia
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail especially in handling sensitive items
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency with data-entry integrity and timely completion
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in event-based settings
- POS system experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently for events and conventions
