You must have;
- a Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BScN) from an accredited school
- valid license from Pakistan nursing council
- Certification in:
- BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP (Provider/Instructor)
- Safe Medication Administration
- Intravenous Cannulation
- Procedural Sedation
- minimum 3 years of experience as registered nurse
- in-depth knowledge of nursing policies and processes
- excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
- readiness to work in flexible hours.

Job Role / Responsibilities:
- develop and conduct courses pertaining to the orientation basic skills training in service continuing education and sessions for the development of nursing services/support services employees
- plan develop and organize programmes courses workshop to meet broad nursing needs and institutional patient care objective
- evaluate the effectiveness of individual learning and groups
- ensure that educational programmes are congruent with organizational goal
- coordinates and conducts different american heart association courses and prepares reports as per devised format.
