This is a service and coordination-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support customers and internal teams rather than driving sales or managing high-level commercial accounts.
What Youll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional service to key accounts
- Managing orders deliveries and customer queries with precision
- Resolving complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Supporting internal teams with reporting and product setup
- Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience in customer service or administration
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset and problem-solving ability
- Confidence using MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Exposure to ERP systems like QAD (or similar)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and juggle multiple priorities
