Position overview:
The User Acquisition Manager (Media Buyer) is responsible for developing and executing user acquisition strategies for the companys products and services using various channels and platforms. They have experience working with advertising networks platforms and vendors and are involved in analyzing metrics optimizing campaigns and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with subscription-based apps and web traffic
Develop and implement user acquisition strategies based on the companys business objectives.
Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads Facebook Ads and other advertising platforms.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) conversion rate return on investment (ROI) and others.
Conduct testing and optimization of creatives audiences and budgets to achieve maximum campaign efficiency.
Collaborate with analysts and product marketing and sales departments to determine optimal strategies and improve processes.
Report on campaign results to senior management and internal stakeholders.
Monitor the industry and identify new trends tools and practices for campaign optimization and performance improvement.
Manage external partners and agencies for the development and implementation of advertising campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a monthly ad spend of at least $300k while achieving targeted ROI.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in marketing economics business or related fields.
1 year of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads and other media platforms.
Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics Amplitude etc.).
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
