New Securities Information Team Member Opportunity in Hong Kong
Euroclear Bank is the premier provider of settlement and related securities services for cross-border transactions involving domestic and international bonds equities derivatives and investment funds.
We offer clients a single access point to post-trade services covering domestic securities from over 40 markets.
Job Description
We belong to the New Issues division consisting of the subsequent five teams:
- Acceptance
- Distribution
- Securities Information
- Primary Market and Client Services
- Reconciliations and Investigations
The New Issues Securities Information team reviews securities documents and inputs key data into Euroclears central database. This database supports various Euroclear Operations teams such as Income Corporate Actions Tax and Triparty ensuring consistent client service.
The team is extensively engaged in reviewing and inputting securities data every day. All team members are accountable for meeting a defined individual productivity target daily. Additionally the team cooperates with peers from diverse Operations teams and liaises with the Securities Information team in Europe.
The purpose of this position is to act as a temporary solution to address the current peak workload in the Securities Information division. The anticipation is for the candidate to move to another Operations team by Q2 2026 the ultimate team assignment will be made at the companys discretion.
Your responsibility in the agreement
- You take ownership of your daily responsibilities and consistently meet individual productivity benchmarks.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and inputting securities data.
- You work well with team members in various Operations departments and colleagues in Europe.
- You maintain a positive and professional attitude especially in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
- You are adaptable and open to learning knowing that this role may evolve and lead to redeployment within the wider Operations department.
- You uphold Euroclears standards of integrity teamwork and client service in everything you do.

- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Strong sense of ownership accountability and field

- Able to manage high volumes and maintain strong work organization under pressure
- Experience in financial operations is preferred but not required.
