Aggreko IPP Solutions (AIPPS) develops owns and operates clean energy infrastructure in North America focusing on solar and battery storage projects at community commercial and small utility scales. We develop acquire and co-develop projects at all stages and are committed to long-term partnerships. Currently AIPPS has over 2 GW of projects in development across 15 states and more than 125 MW in operation. We are hiring a Technical Asset Manager Solar and BESS in the United States to join our solar and battery storage technical team.

What you will do :
- Experience in managing solar PV and battery energy storage systems assets and maximize uptime.
- Develop maintenance strategies and optimize asset availability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with operations maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Lead and manage special projects related to major system upgrades refurbishments and repairs of damaged assets.
- Conduct root cause analysis of asset failures and oversee implementation of corrective actions with O&M provider to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare asset performance reporting and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations including warranty claims.
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards across all assets.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation maintenance manuals and asset records
We are experts which means you will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy or related technical field.
- 1-3 years of experience in solar or renewable energy operations
- Strong technical knowledge of solar and BESS technologies including inverters battery management systems and SCADA.
- Ability to read and interpret solar site plans and electrical diagrams.
- Experience with asset performance monitoring tools and data analysis.
- Project management experience particularly with upgrades and refurbishment projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
