Were looking for a strong leader to join our team as Head of Marketing & Campaigns. Youll be a part of our Marketing & Client Services team based in either Melbourne or Sydney.

In this pivotal role youll shape a marketing and thought leadership program that amplifies the reputation and market presence of our firms leading capabilities. Working closely with senior leaders across the business youll align marketing investment and tactics with strategic priorities; drive our thought leadership agenda; and enable rich and valuable client engagement. You will lead a high-performing team of four direct reports and champion the marketing and campaigns program amongst the broader marketing and business development teams.

As the Head of Marketing & Campaigns you will:

  • Shape and deliver a clear compelling marketing agenda that supports business growth and deepens client relationships.

  • Collaborate with the business to define and prioritise our thought leadership areas of focus aligning marketing investment and tactics with strategic goals.

  • Lead the creation of client-focused thought leadership that resonates in the market sustaining a model that ensures our content meets our high standards and creates the desired impact.

  • Build content marketing strategies that support the business to create and deepen engagement with clients and nurture client relationships over time with tactics and campaigns tailored to specific market segments.

  • Apply a deep understanding of the firms services offerings sectors and growth areas to build and amplify compelling market-facing value propositions and narratives.

  • Personally direct high-priority campaigns and marketing initiatives.

  • Champion smarter more personalised marketing - using data insight and technology to deliver the right experiences to the right client contacts at the right time.

  • Mentor and guide your team evolving how we plan collaborate and deliver for greater impact.

  • Drive collaboration with our business development; events and networks; digital; and brand and communications specialists to deliver campaigns as part of a coordinated and proactive pipeline with integrated tactics that uplift the client experience and support growth.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity. At Allens we have a hybrid working structure typically 60% in the office and 40% from home. We would also be happy to discuss any flexible working arrangements that best support you.

About you

You will have:

  • Proven experience in strategic B2B marketing experience ideally within professional services or technology consulting.

  • Strong expertise in thought leadership and content strategy across a range of formats - written digital audio and visual.

  • A collaborative influential style with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and the ability to build rapport and secure their active contribution.

  • A creative curious mindset able to connect ideas data and insights to create marketing that truly cuts through.

  • A commitment to learning growing and helping others do that same.
