A leading healthcare organizationis seeking adynamic and visionary Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)to provide strategic leadership and direction for all nursing departments. The ideal candidate will champion excellence in patient-centered care workforce engagement and quality improvement while driving initiatives that align with Magnet standards and professional practice goals.
What Youll Do
Lead all nursing departments to deliverhigh-quality patient-centered care.
AdvanceMagnet standards quality outcomes and nursing excellence.
Partner with senior leadership to develop and implementstrategies policies and compliance initiatives.
Oversee programs that promotenurse recruitment retention and professional development.
Foster an environment ofcontinuous improvement collaboration and clinical innovation.
Drive the organizationsMagnet recognitionand nursing excellence goals.
What Youll Bring
Active RN licensein the State of New York.
Masters degreein Nursing or Healthcare Administration (required).
8 yearsof progressive nursing leadership experience including3 yearsin an executive or director-level role.
Demonstrated success in leading or maintainingMagnet-recognized programs.
Strong background instrategic planning operations management and change leadership.
Magnet experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working inurban or safety-net hospitals.
PriorMagnet Program Directorexperience.
Advanced certifications such asNEA-BCorFACHE.
