The Paid Social Specialist plays a key role in supporting FFUN Groups marketing initiatives and reporting to the Director of Marketing/ Marketing Team Lead. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals and enhance customer engagement. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and efficiently.

What youll be doing:

Execute monitor and optimize Paid Social advertising campaigns (Facebook Instagram etc.) for B2C automotive brands.
Develop and implement campaign structures audience segmentation and strategic placement selection.
Manages end-to-end campaign setup trafficking optimizations QA and reporting.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently ensuring proper pacing and spend allocation
Conduct systematic A/B testing on creative copy audiences and placements scaling winning variations.
Stay current with platform updates ad policies and best practices

What were looking for:

2 years of hand-on experience in performance marketing
Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50K in aggregate
Knowledge of marketing funnels conversion tracking and multi-touch attribution model
Post-secondary education in Marketing Business Communications Analytics or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager Google Ads HubSpot etc.)
A collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
