About the Role

As a Property Advisor specialising in first home buyers youll guide clients through every step of their journey from initial consultation to moving into their new home.

Your role includes:

Conducting personalised consultations (in-person and via Zoom) to create tailored home ownership plans.
Partnering with our finance team to secure optimal loan solutions for clients.
Recommending and matching clients with suitable properties.
Managing a sales pipeline and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.
Building long-term client relationships and generating referrals.
Networking with land agents to access exclusive opportunities.

A proven track record in sales preferably within real estate property investment finance or related fields.
Proficiency with CRM tools and standard software systems.
