What Youll Do:
- Provide hands-on coaching to the sales team deliver training on effective customer service techniques and mentoring both new and seasoned representatives on best practices to elevate performance
- Ensure consistently high Customer Satisfaction scores by analyzing performance metrics to identify and address areas for improvement.
- Recruit inspire and oversee the performance of the sales teams.
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge to support team and customer engagement
- Implement and manage a robust CRM system to ensure timely and effective follow-up with all prospective buyers.
- Oversee the delivery process.
