About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Acquisition department and drive strategic high-impact projects that increase speed quality and operational efficiency. You will act as a key connector and enabler across Product Engineering Solutions Tech Support and Analytics teams - driving collaboration and alignment across functions. Your focus will be on streamlining workflows standardising processes advancing automation other ad-hoc projects and ensuring execution.

Key responsibilities

• Operational Optimisation: Optimise and standardise new processes ideate and own business improvement initiatives across the Acquisition department.
• Tool Integration & Enablement: Implement and integrate new or existing tools into team workflows. Create user documentation and conduct onboarding sessions.
• Automation & Funnel Management: Simplify automate and standardise recruitment funnels to improve speed and scalability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the ML Product Development Support SoE Tech Support and Analytics teams to align goals and improve system consistency.
• Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end project delivery - from scoping and planning to execution and monitoring outcomes.
• Efficiency & Impact: Act as a central point of coordination consolidating responsibilities currently split across multiple contributors

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management preferably in tech marketplace or operations.
• Strong ownership mindset - capable of independently driving projects from idea to execution.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to influence teams to adopt new tools and processes.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking.

What We Offer:

• Flexible full-time remote project 40 hours/week
• Hourly rate - 20 USD per hour
