We recognize that our people are central to our success. To continue delivering exceptional service to our international clients we are looking for a new Team Member for our Recruitment Team.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Partner you will drive strategic recruitment initiatives across multiple business areas while also shaping and executing Euroclears employer branding strategy. Youll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers lead recruitment projects and champion best practices in sourcing selection candidate experience and brand positioning.

This global role is based in Poland and supports hiring across Euroclears international footprint. It follows a hybrid working model with a minimum of two days per week in the office and flexibility for additional in-person collaboration when needed.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:


Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles across departments.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
Conduct interviews assess candidates and guide selection decisions.
Maintain and optimize ATS workflows and candidate pipelines.
Ensure compliance with Polish labor laws and internal hiring policies.


Employer Branding:


Partner to execute local employer branding campaigns aligned with global objectives.
Represent the company at career fairs university events and industry meetups.
Create engaging content (e.g. employee stories social media posts job ads).
Collaborate with marketing to amplify brand visibility on digital platforms.
Monitor employer reputation on platforms like LinkedIn . ect


Stakeholder Collaboration:


Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and HR business partners.
Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support workforce planning.
Mentor junior recruiters or HR interns


Qualifications


5 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
Strong understanding of Polish labor market and employment regulations.
Experience in employer branding recruitment marketing or talent attraction.
Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
Proficiency in ATS tools and social recruiting platforms.


Preferred Skills


Familiarity with Polish job boards (e.g. JustJoinIT Hello HR The Protocol).
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and employer branding analytics.
Creative mindset with ability to craft compelling talent campaigns.
