Job Summary
Description
Job Responsibilities
- To record finance and accounting transactions while ensuring accuracy completeness and timeliness
- Process month end quarter end and year-end financial statements
- Identify and implement improvements in the processes
- Plan and organize work methodically according to the priorities and deadlines
- Ensure timely delivery of the financial statements and maintaining strong relationship with the respective stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- Following a qualification in AAT CMA CIMA or ACCA or and undergraduate following a finance / business management degree
- 1-2 years of accounting experience preferably in a BPO will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in Xero accounting system
- Conversant with MS office specially Excel and Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Has the ability to prioritize work and communicate well with customers
- Ability to take ownership of the assigned work
- Fast Learner who can work with minimum supervision
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Upholds the highest standards of ethics and can maintain confidentiality
