Junior Executive Sales Administration

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Management.

  • Professional certifications in sales CRM or administration will be an added advantage

  • 23 years of experience in a sales support customer service or administrative role

  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to develop professional relationships.

  • Attention to detail and organizational ability

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM systems

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist sales executives with order processing and client communications.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. logistics finance) to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.

  • Process purchases orders and ensures accuracy in pricing discounts and delivery terms.

  • Track order status and communicate updates to customers and sales teams.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams & sales teams.

  • Maintain customer databases and update records regularly.

  • Prepare sales reports presentations and dashboards.

  • Maintain records of sales transactions contracts and correspondence.
