Junior Executive Sales Administration
Candidate Profile
Diploma or bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Management.
Professional certifications in sales CRM or administration will be an added advantage
23 years of experience in a sales support customer service or administrative role
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to develop professional relationships.
Attention to detail and organizational ability
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
Job Responsibilities
Assist sales executives with order processing and client communications.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. logistics finance) to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
Process purchases orders and ensures accuracy in pricing discounts and delivery terms.
Track order status and communicate updates to customers and sales teams.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams & sales teams.
Maintain customer databases and update records regularly.
Prepare sales reports presentations and dashboards.
Maintain records of sales transactions contracts and correspondence.
