ROLE SUMMARY

The US Precision Medicine/Thoracic Franchise is poised for growth with numerous oncology therapies including Sigvotatug (SV) an investigational antibody-drug conjugate under development for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and other solid tumors coupled with a strong future thoracic pipeline. This role will support the HCP marketing efforts for the 2027 US launch of SV in 2L NSCLC focusing on P2P (peer-to-peer) HCP promotional efforts as part of a talented SV marketing team and in close collaboration with key cross functional partners including but not limited to Medical Sales CMO Global Marketing TLELs and MLR.
The US SV P2P Marketing Sr. Manager will help drive launch readiness and launch success for SV accountable for:
P2P (Peer-to-Peer) strategy and execution
Commercial MedEd (Medical Education) strategy and execution
HCP Advisory Boards
Congress strategy and execution
The role requires prior US marketing experience ideally in Oncology strong strategic and analytical thinking as well as creativity and decision-making skills along with a proven track record of success in working in a team-based environment with multiple marketing and cross-functional partners.
This position will report to the Sr. Director US Team Lead Sigvotatug within US Oncology.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
P2P (Peer-to-Peer) strategy planning and execution
Build and gain endorsement of SVs P2P plan in preparation for launch
Lead all strategy and execution related to SVs P2P initiatives (including but not limited to Speaker Programs National Broadcasts Product Theaters KOL Videos Pfizer-sponsored Third-Party P2P programs) partnering closely with other HCP marketers on the team Medical Lung TLELs Media team as well as other cross-functional partners
Manage P2P Operating Expenses as part of the brand team budget and effectively manage trade-offs and allocations in a dynamic budget environment
Own the relationship and day-to-day interactions with SVs Medical Education agency partners
Work with Global to serve as the US POC for the Global P2P Strategy and KOL Strategy
Commercial MedEd (Medical Education) strategy and execution
Develop educational content consistent with overall brand strategy to drive impactful peer to peer engagements
Understand publication plans and pull-through new published data into field force tactics (reprints and implementation guidance)
Ensure strategic alignment with SV unbranded education SV medical-driven education
HCP Advisory Boards
Lead end-to-end execution of US Commercial advisory boards/steering committees and inform content for Global advisory boards
Congress strategy and execution
Lead decision-making on national and sub-national congress selection budget allocation and congress resource development and execution including booths product theaters and congress panels
Partner with cross-functional congress planning teams as well as other Oncology brand teams to align and execute on a strategy that is appropriate for the brand broader Lung and PM portfolios as well as Pfizer Oncology
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

BA or BS required
6 years pharma experience
Exceptional product management as well as project and cross-functional team management skills

Understands the drug development process. Uses knowledge of industry and market trends to develop strategies and to quantify business ideas

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120800.00 to $201400.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
