Were looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to take ownership of a high-growth market segment across Victoria. Youll work closely with a strong network of distributors helping them sell more more often.
- Own and grow a high-turnover portfolio with untapped potential
- Build deep consultative relationships
- Hunt and close new business
- Travel up to 2 nights/month across VIC
Who You Are
- 5 years of B2B sales experience ideally in building materials trade supply or distribution
- A proven hunter who builds pipeline generates leads and closes with confidence
- You run your patch with energy accountability and a consultative approach
- A confident communicator and natural coach trusted by tradies sales teams and decision-makers
- You use data insights and CRM to drive strategy and results
- You show up with ideas deliver quick wins and build momentum
