Job Description

What You Will Do

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalismbe their trusted go-to from check-in to check-out
Recommend the best local dining entertainment shopping and attractionsyoure the insider they didnt know they needed
Assist with reservations transportation event tickets and anything else guests may require
Help with guest mail messages and business center needs
Ensure the lobby and concierge area remain clean organized and inviting
Stay cool under pressure while resolving guest concerns with courtesy and care
Support a seamless experience by partnering with front desk valet bell staff and other departments

What We Are Looking For

Customer service experience required At least 6 months in a guest-facing role
Hospitality experience preferred You understand how to deliver a 5-star experience
Excellent communication skills You speak clearly listen actively and know how to tailor service to each guest
Local knowledge and curiosity You love your city and enjoy helping others explore it
Physically ready Able to stand/walk for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Drivers license A valid license and clean driving record are required
Flexible availability Days nights weekends holidaysyoure ready when guests need you
