The Position

Main job responsibilities

1. Provide pro-active field applications support to CPS customers and internal
customers under supervision 70
Execute the system validation plan including lab work data reporting. Assist the
Applications Specialist to complete the project implementation according to the schedule
Maintain good relationship and collaborate with internal and external customers

2. Assist in daily operation activities of Applications Team
Engage in projects and taskforces related to business needs
Pro-actively feedback challenges encountered at frontline and improvement area related to business to Application Supervisors

Basics Requirements of the Job:
Education:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in biomedical science laboratory science
chemistry biochemistry biotechnology or related field.

Knowledge:

Data handling: Proficiency with Excel/Sheets (pivot tables charts) basic statistics (mean/SD CV% linearity regression) and data integrity practices.
Laboratory basics: Understanding sample handling pipetting centrifugation and basic instrument handling.

Bonus:
Assay knowledge: Familiarity with immunoassays clinical chemistry workflows (e.g. ELISA spectrophotometry calibration/controls concepts)
Stat software EP evaluator Excel macro function
Language:
Cantonese English and Mandarin
Personality:
Detailoriented good team player and independent
