Senior Nursery Practitioner Level 3 Early Years Up toHours per Week

What Were Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and child development principles
- Excellent communication organisation and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality nurturing care and learning experiences

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Nursery Room Leader in running your room effectively and safely
- Plan implement and evaluate engaging activities that follow EYFS guidelines
- Ensure every childs safety wellbeing and development are prioritised
- Build positive relationships with parents carers and colleagues
- Assist with operational tasks such as staff scheduling record-keeping and compliance
- Monitor childrens progress and provide feedback to the team and families
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives within the nursery
