Abbotts Diabetes Care business designs develops and manufacturesleading-edge glucose monitoring systems and test strips for use in both home and hospital settings. We are passionate about doing work that improves the quality of peoples lives.

We have a Centre of Excellence in Witney for the manufacture of electrodes and biosensors used by patients and healthcare professionals for the day-to-day management of addition to this we have a dedicated team focusing on return product and complaints investigation. To support our continued commitment to our customer we are currently recruiting a number of positions in this team working a day shift on a 4 on 4 off basis 7am to 7pm.

Working to a defined process you will use fault finding software to identify the root cause of the fault on returned blood glucose monitoring equipment. The position will involve adherence to procedure whilst completing tasks in an accurate yet timely manner. You will be responsible for both manual investigative activities as well as systems updates and data addition you will proactively support the implementation of new and/or improved processes.

The ideal candidate will be educated to secondary level standard and will bring experience from a manufacturing/production environment (regulated environment preferred). You will be PC Literate including being comfortable using Microsoft packages. You will be a proactive individual who takes initiative and is able to work independently as well as part of a high performing cross functional team within a regulated quality-driven environment.
