Were looking for an autonomous collaborative and detail-oriented Financial Compliance Auditor to join our dedicated Group Audit & Risk Advisory team in Basel. As a Financial Compliance Auditor youll be instrumental in protecting Roches financial integrity and supporting our global business operations. We need you to jump in and drive key financial compliance activities using your expertise to make a real this role you will:
Plan and execute ICFR (internal controls over financial statements) testing across affiliates and processes to assess control effectiveness.
Monitor and facilitate the timely resolution of financial compliance issues
Engage in critical change cycles risk assessments and company scope determinations of companies.
Deliver essential support for our internal financial compliance training programs.
Support the Business Process organization on various financial compliance related matters.
You are a motivated analytically minded professional who thrives in a team environment and is ready to apply their finance knowledge in a global healthcare context. Youre passionate about accuracy and continuous improvement.
You bring the minimum required experience and qualifications:
A Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
13 years of experience in external audit or a finance role; experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a benefit.
Strong finance knowledge exceptional analytical skills and a demonstrated history of high performance.
Proficiency with SAP R/3 (or equivalent ERP systems knowledge).
An excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
