Job Summary

Acting Business Systems Manager

  • 12 Month permanent full-timeposition based in Mosman Park with car parking on-site

  • Ability to work selected days from home and achieve a work-life balance

Rocky Bay is an established organisation with over 80 years of experience supporting people in our communities. We are looking for an experienced and supportive Business Systems Manager to join us in the Business Transformation this role you will provide management delivery and support to all IT business system solutions across Rocky Bay

You will be responsible for the delivery and support of Business Systems comprisingof the following areas:

  • Client Management

  • Rostering & Scheduling

  • Financial

  • Intranet

  • Business Reporting

  • Integration with key systems services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the provision of business systems applications to all of Rocky Bay using best practice software development andmanagement principles.

  • Plan and recommend replacement and upgrades of business systems and solutions as determined by business

  • Manage the Business Systems operational expense budget.

  • Lead the design and enhancement of business system to support operational areas

  • Drive the development of new technologies and features to support evolving service models

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align system changes with service delivery goals

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Business.

  • Experience in the delivery of IT Business Systems.

  • 3 years demonstrated experience supporting corporate application systems.

  • 3 years demonstrated experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.

  • 2 years demonstrated experience of SQL code development and custom report creation.

  • Strong understanding of SLAs both the development delivery and reporting to key stakeholders.

  • Excellent people management and leadership skills.

  • Good knowledge information technologies.

  • Exceptional customer service focus.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting Finance Payroll Human Resources SharePoint and Customer Relationship Management systems(e.g. Salesforce)

  • Project Management experience

  • Data warehouse management experience
