The City Clerks office has an exciting opportunity for someone to help provide impactful services to the Bothell Community. Our team is looking for our next Deputy City Clerk to serve in a role as the citys Public Records Officer carrying out responsibilities found in the Washington State Public Records Act (RCW 42.56). The successful candidate will develop policies/procedures regarding public records/records management and use of software; oversee the Public Records program and Records and Information Management Committee manage multi-department requests and provide updates and training on changing legislation /compliance.
