Job Summary

Job Expectations:

Position Type: Experienced - Med/Senior
Employment Type: Full-Time; Permanent (Direct Hire)
Work Setup & Location: Hybrid - McKinley Hill Taguig
Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays; Day Shift / Shifting Schedule
Number of Headcounts Needed: 20 FTEs

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in MedTech Nursing or a related field.
2 years of solid experience in inpatient medical record coding.
Strong knowledge of CPT ICD-10 and HCPCS coding systems as well as EMR/EHR platforms (Epic Cerner Meditech 3M Encoder).
AHIMA or AAPC coding certification (CCS CPC or COC) is required.
Demonstrated expertise in coding productivity management quality assurance and performance improvement.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and compliance.
Proficiency in 3M coding software and related HIM applications.
Excellent leadership communication and team-building skills with a focus on collaboration and mentorship.
Willing to work mid or night shift if needed.
Can start immediately if possible.
