Your New Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Commercial Insurance team. This is a renewal-driven role focused on strengthening and growing a portfolio of clients. You will be out on the road a few days each week building strong face-to-face relationships with will be supported by Account Coordinators and work with our Customer Care team to deliver seamless service and outcomes. Reporting to the Regional Manager you will manage your portfolio with autonomy while contributing to the broader teams success.
What youll be doing
- Meeting with clients (Retail & Community Pharmacies Childcare Centres Veterinary Practice and Allied Health) to prepare for renewals and explore evolving needs
- Following up on warm leads and educating potential clients on insurance options
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer outcomes
- Delivering insights and support to help clients manage risk
