Job Description:

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards
• Supervise and mentor caregivers in the field to deliver exceptional care
• Implement and monitor QAPI and clinical improvement programs
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure service excellence and staff development
• Maintain effective communication and coordination across all departments
• Support staff scheduling and field coverage as needed

• ActiveRegistered Nurse (RN)license in the state of New Jersey
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Minimum3 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in home care or community-based healthcare
• Knowledge of Medicaid home care benefits policies and procedures
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
• Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable transportation
