Job Summary

Join us as an Overnight Intake Coordinator!

Part Time 24 Hours Nights 11PM - 7:30AM including every other weekend.

The Intake Coordinator under the supervision of the Chief Intake Officer and Director of Intake is responsible for facilitating the admission process. As a member of the Intake and Admissions team the Intake Coordinator is responsible for processing admission referrals verifying insurances registering patients and providing customer service to outside referral sources. This schedule is 24 hours 11PM - 7:30AM including every other weekend.

Welcoming patient to TaraVista
Maintaining patient privacy and safety
Completing all legal documents as required
Any other duties as assigned by the Chief Intake Officer

Successful Intake Coordinator candidates will have the following:

CPR certification required.
Previous psychiatric/substance inpatient experience preferred.
Previous Intake/Admissions experience strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Behavior Health and Substance Abuse treatment modalities.
Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries.
Sufficient typing and computer skills to facilitate use of Electronic Medical Record.
Crisis management and time management skills.
Exhibit flexibility creativity and ability to manage stressful situations in a calm organized and professional manner.

Pay Range

Compensation will be determined based on the candidates relevant experience.

$23.00-$25.00
