Technology Strategy Analyst (PMP/CBAPis a plus)
Location: Hybrid Dallas & Richardson TX (23 days/week onsite)

Overview
Client is seeking a Technology Strategy Analyst to support its growing Technology Strategy organization. This highly visible role will help align major technology initiatives with company-wide business priorities and assist in developing the communication reporting and change-management tools needed to ensure success across a -person IT organization.
Youll partner closely with senior managers and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into executiondriving clarity structure and stakeholder engagement across multiple technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Clients Technology Strategy Manager to analyze prioritize and align technology projects with enterprise objectives.
- Participate in internal strategy sessions and facilitate communication and change-management activities across the organization.
- Develop executive-level presentations dashboards and communication materials that summarize project goals progress and impact.
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate ongoing initiatives identify dependencies and provide actionable recommendations.
- Serve as a thought partnerbringing structured thinking diplomacy and professional challenge when appropriate.
- Support the re-establishment of the Technology PMO by helping refine frameworks documentation standards and governance processes.
- Coordinate with the Client stakeholders to ensure priorities remain aligned and feedback loops are maintained.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in technology strategy project management or business analysis preferably within a consulting or PMO environment.
- Demonstrated success working with enterprise IT organizations on technology transformation portfolio alignment or digital-strategy initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and PowerPoint skills able to craft clear persuasive executive-ready presentations.
- Proven ability to navigate large matrixed and political environments with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal EQ knows when to push when to listen and how to build consensus.
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or PMP/CBAP a plus.
- Experience in utilities energy or regulated industries preferred but not required.

- Hybrid: Onsite 23 days per week at Client offices (Downtown Dallas & Richardson).
