Job Title: PIM Process & Strategy Analyst

Hybrid - Dallas TX 75202

Position Overview

The PIM Process & Strategy Analyst will play a key role in strengthening and standardizing the Project Information Management (PIM) work lifecycle across the organization. This individual will document current processes define a future-state strategy and facilitate the implementation of the PIM knowledge repository to improve operational efficiency process alignment and financial accountability within the Clients Technology organization.

This role requires a strong understanding of process management documentation and business transformation within a data-driven or technology environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented analytical and skilled at bridging operational processes with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Document and Standardize PIM Work Lifecycle

  • Analyze and document current methodologies and processes governing PIM lifecycle management.
  • Identify interdependencies between business units systems and workflows impacting the PIM lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Facilitate PIM Knowledge Repository Implementation

  • Lead the design build and deployment of a centralized PIM Knowledge Repository.
  • Collaborate with DGA and PIM stakeholders to ensure repository alignment with organizational needs and governance standards.
  • Develop guidelines and training documentation to support repository adoption and long-term sustainability.

Ensure Operational and Strategic Alignment

  • Partner with leadership teams to align PIM initiatives with DGA and Technology strategic priorities.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes eliminate redundancies and enhance transparency in PIM operations.

Drive Continuous Improvement & Process Automation

  • Define the PIM strategy and roadmap for continuous improvement across all work lifecycle stages.
  • Identify and address gaps in process standardization tooling and governance practices.
  • Document and manage project plans to drive process automation and digital transformation within PIM.

Advance Financial and Operational Excellence

  • Evaluate current-state processes to assess dependencies with financial systems and teams across technology.
  • Recommend structural procedural or system enhancements to strengthen financial alignment and process efficiency.
  • Support the development of metrics and reporting tools to monitor financial and operational performance within PIM.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Operations Management or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in process improvement PIM/PLM lifecycle management or digital transformation within a technology organization.
  • Proven experience in documenting and optimizing complex business processes.
  • Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as MS Project Smartsheet or Jira.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management platforms and/or repository implementation (e.g. SharePoint Confluence).
  • Understanding financial processes and how they integrate with project lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement certification (Green Belt or higher).
  • Experience in technology governance data analytics or product lifecycle management environments.
  • Exposure to automation tools and process workflow platforms (Power Automate UiPath etc.).
  • Experience driving strategic alignment and change management initiatives across business and IT functions.
