Job Summary
P1C3TSTSWe are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Software Development Consultant with hands on experience in implementing and customizing Customer Operations Management (COM) and Service Operations Management SOM modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable solutions integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and supporting digital transformation initiatives across customer and service and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on COM and SOM modules customizing apps using JavaScript Flow Designer and Business and translate business requirements into technical specs configuring workflows catalog items and service ServiceNow with external systems via REST SOAP APIs MID Servers and platform scalability performance and security compliance while supporting upgrades and feature in Agile ceremonies and maintain clear documentation for configurations and s degree in Computer Science IT or related field with 3 years of ServiceNow development expertise in COM and SOM modules like Order Management Product Catalog and Service in JavaScript Glide APIs and ServiceNow in ServiceNow integrations and managing data CSA and CAD with strong problem-solving and communication with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Experience of Agile/Scrum to Git Jenkins and automated testing of data migration strategies and tools (e.g. Data Loader ETL).
