About the Role

Stacks is looking for a fiercely ambitious entrepreneurial and commercially driven Account Executive focused on Mid Market & Enterprise to join our team in the UK.

In this high-impact role youll collaborate closely with our founder to create and execute our GTM strategy at Stacks. If youre excited by the idea of limitless growth and fast-paced challenges this is a unique opportunity to accelerate your career as you help shape the future of Stacks.

What Youll Do

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and qualification through to closing and activation. Youll regularly engage with Controllers VPs of Finance and CFOs to champion Stacks as the modern close management solution.

  • Consultative & Strategic Selling: Understand each prospects financial close pain points and map them Stacks through tailored value-driven conversations.

  • Finance Stakeholders: Sell to senior finance decision-makers. Youll navigate complex org structures and buying processes in the Mid-Market & Enterprise space.

  • Product Mastery: Quickly ramp up on our product and develop a deep understanding of the monthly close workflow.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success Product and Engineering.

  • Expand Our Reach: Build relationships with finance teams across Europe as we expand our presence

  • Make a Strategic Impact: As one of our first AEs youll shape our GTM growth and contribute directly to our revenue goals

What You Need

  • 37 Years of SaaS AE Experience: Proven success in a full-cycle quota-carrying sales role at a high-growth startup or scale-up. Youve sold complex B2B SaaS to Mid-Market or Enterprise customers.

  • Finance SaaS Selling Experience: Youve sold into the Office of the CFOideally financial reporting planning ERP or close automation tools and understand how to speak their language.

  • Flawless Sales Execution: You know how to prospect qualify run discovery tailor demos negotiate and close.

  • Strong Product Acumen: Youre quick to understand complex tools and can explain them in a clear compelling way that resonates with both finance and technical stakeholders.

  • Entrepreneurial Energy: Youre excited to build from the ground up. You thrive in ambiguity move fast and bring structure where needed.

  • History of Excellence: A consistent record of exceeding quota and standing out in high-performance environmentswhether in business academics sports or other pursuits.
