This is a full-time position scheduled Monday Friday 9 am 6 pm. The pay is $16 - $17 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This is an onsite position at our center located: 450 W Welbourne Avenue Winter Park FL 32789

Join our Welbourne family as an Infant Teacher working with our littlest learners ages 6 weeks to 12 months! In this nurturing role youll help create a warm engaging environment where babies can explore grow and thrive. Youll plan and lead playful developmentally appropriate activities support key milestones and work closely with a caring team to ensure each child feels safe loved and ready for the world ahead.

What Youll Do:

Design and implement engaging curriculum based on early learning standards and developmentally appropriate practices
Create nurturing age-appropriate experiences that promote social emotional cognitive and physical development
Model best practices in infant care and guide classroom staff through mentoring and positive leadership
Provide responsive care including feeding soothing and routine diapering following all health safety and sanitation guidelines
Foster strong trusting relationships with infants and communicate regularly with families about daily care and developmental progress
Ensure compliance with all Welbourne policies licensing standards and health/safety regulations
Maintain accurate classroom records including daily care logs lesson plans and developmental observations
Commit to ongoing professional growth through continued education and a personal development plan

What We Need from You:

High school diploma / GED or degree in a related field of study required
FL DCF 45 hours required
CDA is highly preferred
FL DCF Transcript Please send transcript to You can retrieve the transcript from Must clear a full level II DCF background check
At least 1 year of professional early childhood training/experience
CPR First Aid and Fire Extinguisher Certification completion within 30 days of employment
