Pay: $16$18 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Provide responsive nurturing care for infants in a safe and structured classroom setting
- Support daily routines including feeding diapering naps and individualized schedules
- Engage infants in sensory activities music movement and early language exposure
- Observe and support physical emotional and cognitive development
- Communicate consistently with families about daily activities and developmental progress
- Maintain a clean organized classroom that meets all health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with co-teachers and leadership to ensure high-quality care
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or daycare setting (1 year preferred)
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
- Understanding of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Must meet all Michigan childcare licensing requirements
