TITLE: Strategic Engagement Manager
Location: 575 Market Street Suite 2800 San Francisco CA 94105
Salary Range: $172453.00 - $230000.00/ year
Job Description: Managing the full partnership lifecycle including onboarding training success planning strategic planning and partnership expansion/renewal opportunities. Collaborate closely with partner cross functional teams to design and implement co-solutions as well as represent Harveys value proposition. Strategically identify ways we can make customer success repeatable and measurable; identify create and track joint KPIs metrics and reports. Build and maintain deep relationships with key partner stakeholders gathering key insights and ensuring needs are captured/met. Do strategic research on expansion areas for Harveys product and customer base. Create crisp presentations to present ideas to Harvey leadership team.
Requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Engineering Computer Science Business Administration Science or related field and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in data & analytics space or related role or in the job offered.
